Tanya Winward is the Account Service Manager for Retirement Plan Services at Stephens Group Asset Management LLC (SGAM), where she brings over five years of experience in client service, talent acquisition, and people operations. Prior to joining SGAM in June 2025, she supported fast-growing teams at a local education technology company, focusing on people operations, recruiting, employee relations, and delivering high-impact, employee-facing support. As the proud spouse of a retired U.S. Air Force member, Tanya spent over two decades supporting her husband Aaron’s 25-year military career. She and Aaron are now happily settled in Sherwood. Tanya enjoys spending time with their two grown children, Madigan and Ian.
